Typical tooth preparation for fixed-partial denture has involved the disadvantage of radical reduction of the abutment teeth. Resin-bonded bridge is a relatively new clinical technique that has restored missing tooth by minimal tooth preparation. Recently, new materials and techniques have been developed which may improve the retention and esthetics of resin-bonded bridges. t
The following article will review the recent developments and principles of abutment preparation concerning resin-bonded bridges and present a case report by using new material, Targis & Vectris.
